RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am It is recommended not to give breast milk also if your child and you just are recommended to only go for lactose free products for the child. So it would be advisable for you to discuss the entire issue with your paediatrician in detail for a better understanding and also for knowing what exactly do you need to do after this
