ExpertDr Priyashree Mukherjee ChakrabortyPaediatrician1 Year agoA. Hello dear. Dry coughs are usually allergic coughs. Start syp relent 5 ml in night time for three days. But if no relief the consult a pediatrician so that he can auscultate and prescribe accordingly
