he is fifty six days old. he takes formula milk two times in a day and always passes stool after drinking is there any problem

Recommended is to give exclusive mother milk to baby for six months of age for best immunity brain development and good digestion . No need to give formula milk . No need to give gripe water or ghutti or water till six months of age .
