Q.

He is 10 days old and has these little spots on the neck what could be happening? Any idea experts

A. kindly apply moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil / physiogel / oilatum) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per dcay and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor. c do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.
