He is 1 year 4 month child ,most of the time he doesn't sleep at night .what should I do . please guide me

A. Try to keep your child awake in the daytime Chan try to channelise the energy of the child so that your child is busy tired and exhausted by the end of the day so this why your child is going to sleep peacefully because it’s very important to utilise and channelise the energy of the child to make them sleep well in the night
