Q.

He has taken all PCV10 1 2 3 IN 6 10 14WKS, AS I AM TAKING FROM GOVT 10WK PCV WAS NOT THERE IN GOVT SCHLD SO TAKEN PCV10 FROM PVT DOCT. NOW SHOULD I TAKE PCV BOOSTER FROM GOVT ON THERE 9MONTH SCHLD OR HAVE TO TAKE ON 15MONTH FROM PVT. IF TAKEN FROM GOVT ON 9MONTH WILL IT BE PROBLEM. PLS CLARIFY

A. All the vaccination should be given according to the vaccination schedule whether the government or IAP schedule you can discuss with your pediatrician regarding the details of the vaccination. Pulse polio immunization programme is provided by the government to all childrenhbo below 5 years of age. if your child has received polio vaccine before then also you should give this vaccine on the the pulse polio day as this is an additional vaccine.

Q. my baby boy 3.5 months , i am giving him vaccine from Govt, but as per NIS 10week pcv 2 vaccine was missing so i took PCV 10 from pvt doct in 10 wks and in this way it completes 6 10 and 14wks PCV 1 2 3 as per IAP schdl, now in Govt schd in 9 months they have PCV Booster after 6wk and 14wk PCV 1 nd 2 but in Pvt after 6 10 14 wk PCV 1 2 3 the PCV booster is in 16months. So can i take the PCV booster on 9months as per Govt Schdl ?? pls suggest or there will be any problem in taking the pcv booster in 9m or to skip pcv booster in govt 9m schdl and take on pcv booster on 16m from pvt.

Q. as first PCV 1 was given pcv 10 in govt health centre second dose pcv 2 was pcv 13 in private hospital now upcoming Dose of PCV 3 it is compulsory to put PCV 13 or ok if I go with PCV 10 in govt health centre further as per govt mamata card only THREE PCV DOSE where pvt pedestrian suggest 4th dose of PCV Booster also so it is required to give 4th dose of PCV Booster or its ok to skip Thank you
