he has got dark spot on inner thigh.what could be the reason?should I consult pediatrics dermatologist?

When you use diapers continuously that can happen otherwise if that’s not the reason then yes it would be good for to get it checked with the paediatrician and if there is a situation that It needs to be consulted to a dermatologist and they will advise you accordingly
