he has been spitting milk ( both as is and curdled) a lot lately after taking burp. also he is having gas issues. what should be done?

A. but he didn't gain weight as he should have done during the last month. probably because of vomiting a lot.

A. Bonnisan you can give five drops if needed that’s going to be good for gas and stomach related issue but the problem that you’re facing with your child is very normal as of now actually there is no need to give any medicine to the child
