Having irregular period issues from the last 3-4 months. Can take any syrup or tonic for proper cycle

if you had regular periods before this then you can just maintain a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and proper diet intake which will help solve the problem

You should actually consult your doctor because it is just a game of hormones sometimes when they act crazy woman suffered a lot because of that so I would say that you can just consult your doctor will help you with the medicine to regulate your period cycle and hormones as well
