have inching in vaginal opening. different type of discharge is coming as attached. inside I found some fleshy lumps. I don't know what is happening to me. please help me, why this discharge is coming?

A. needs proper examination and investigations for the type of infection can be fungal or mixed bacterial for further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
