A. dear mum, for healthy weight gain give 4 to 5 meals a day. u can give eggs n non veg foods. fruits n veg dry fruits n nuts curd, paneer, cheese. give iron rich foods to improve haemoglobin.

A. Dalia and milk base plrridge as brkfst Post brkfst- any fruit (pomegranate ,apple,banana) Lunch -green veggies with chapati salad(beetroot) raita Evening snack-ragi biscuits,oats chilla Dnr-any daal and rice
