Hai sir my son is 7 months 2 weeks which is the best food for him & if we give any different food he start the vomiting please suggest the food and syrup

A. hello baby is small and it will take time to get used to new food and always try with small quantity to start with and try different options and you may give home made cerelac made of ragi suji or wheat and also dal water fruits and vegetables puree and include ghee curds etc which helps in beby growth
