Q.

Hai sir /mam my baby girl is now 3.5 months old by birth she was born with 3.9 kgs and after 20 days she loosed weight to 3.3 kgs and now in 3.5 months she was 4.6 kgs ... whether mother feeding is sufficient or else any cerelac is needed or else formula milk is needed please suggest ?

A. Hello mom she seems to be gaining weight but a slightly on a slow pace , babies gain about 300 GMs to 1 kg and by the age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight. Try to have a filling meal before baby feed time as that will ensure good quality milk . And filling as well and also help in weight gain
