Hai my baby is 4 months old, his potty is smelling, he is totally breastfeeding only, may I know why this smell causes, please suggest me what I have to do.

A. stool culture test done and contact your pediatrician and further if you are concerned you can take guidance from your doctor to get proper suggestions about it which you can follow accordingly it will be better for details
