Diaper should be change  frequently and not used more than 3 to 4 hours or if the diaper is soiled it should be change immediately also try to use a diaper with super absorbent jelly which will be more helpful in reducing the rashes diaper should not be used very frequently also use zinc oxide barrier diaper rash creams to avoid contact of urine with the skighun
Also maintain proper hygiene and avoid dampness which can cause secondary fungal infection.

You should not be using diapers all the time they are not good for the skin of the child they can have rashes and sometimes or a lot of extra usage of diaper can create a fungal infection also so I do not suggest to use them 24 x 7
