hai my baby completed 7 th month, which cerlac is good for baby to gain weight and also which formula milk good to gain weight, because my baby is 6 kgs only, I want to mix feed him, please help me to gain my baby weight. tanq

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. give home made cerelac..because.. Homemade cerelac is free of chemicals and preservatives and can be consumed fresh. . Home made porridges are better than commercial preparations. You can make a variety: sooji kheer, rice kheer, thick soups made from a mixture of pulses, cereals and seasonal vegetables, rice-daal khichdi etc tc

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning mother's milk is the best option for the baby if you wish to give mixed feeding I would recommend you to go for lactogen or Nestle NAN Pro which ever you want their both good brands
