hai, i have 2 month old baby. she is making sound from her throat during sleep(specifically if AC is on). i am using saline drops and cleaning her nose with nasel aspirator, nose is clean.. but sound is there. this makes her difficult to sleep on her back. she will roll her head showing discomfort and vomit.#asktheexperts

nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops like nasoclear saline drops in the nose followed by nasal aspirator to take out the secretions so  very gently 
 steam inhalation can also be helpful in this condition

Avoiding AC is not an option since we are living in Dubai. tried fan with low speed and facing away from baby, but it made the situation bad.

They do not use air conditioner if your child is not  comfortable with that use fan on a normal speed as I believe that is going to help  and still if you feel that the problem is persistent then you can consult your doctor because vomiting is normal a add this age it is not necessarily because of a air conditioner or anything
