hai, I had two c sections. my tummy is still like 7months pregnant even after 10months. I tried of wrapping a saree for starting 3months, but there is no use. please give a solution, what can I do.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Wrapping a stare doesn’t help in reducing the tummy fat. You have to work out to lose it. Do core abdominal exercises after a cardio activity of 30 minutes and portion control
