eat mindfully avoid intake of high fat sugar and salt containing processed packaged food
control intake of high fat and sugar lactational foods like panjiri ladoo excess ghee and oil intake
lean protein sources and good intake of seasonal fruits and vegetables small frequent meals
do not skip breakfast
good water intake
begin to exercise after consulting doctor
Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps.
Sowmya MMom of a 11 yr 10 m old girl6 years agoA. I actually as your baby is it you can start of little exercise don't start very aggressively initially you might feel very much pain or tired so yes you can start off with little diet and adopt some of the physical activities
