Gud morning Dr my baby age is 82 days. i:e is 2 1/2 month and she weight is 4 1/2 is this correct growth or not dr. please give me a answer

A. current growth.. baby should gain around 500-800g per month.. after birth.. should be double the birth weight at 4-6months and three times the birth weight at completion of one year... exclusive breast feed recommend for six months..
