NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello not to worry about and most baby will be able to have most of the teeth around age 2 and is not a problem.. for now maintain a proper oral hygiene using a soft brush like Babyhug and lao use a flouride free toothpaste like Babyhug which should be better
