Gud evng sir, can we use Ensure milk mixing powder for kids,nd my kids ages was 4years ND 5years, somebody had said me to gain the weight by using the Ensure.can u suggest me for gaining weight.regular twice a day I'm giving compliments.

please avoid all packaged food and be natural
please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc
please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
