gud evng madam/sir my kid 1year 2months old.she is suffering from loose motions,daily 4 times with yellow colour what should I do and she is now only 9 kgs in waight give me suggestions for waight gaining she is not walking also

Try alternative therapy like homeopathic
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
