Got 3month injections two days ago and baby suffering with fever and shivering i am giving pcm syrup but got no result

A. Hello, your baby boy is 5 months old and he has received his vaccinations injection and got a pain and swelling too so apply ice cube on it and give him 1ml paracetamol three times a day
