A. hi it can only be given if it is prescribed by your pediatrician. as low appetite can caused by teething , please give massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child. provide silicone teether. as from my personal experience,I suggest Babyhug brand teether . provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene.
