good morning sir my son has completed 1 year and he started walking a little bit so now what kind of diet should i prefer for him and any tonics.... please reply

it is natural process so no need of extra medicines
just offer homemade healthy food
keep your child well hydrated
avoid giving RO water
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
