good morning sir,my son age 4 years I noticed pain less small lump in left side of neck sir.he is not suffering issue.but I noticed.pls suggest me sir

A. can be post Infection . as for in this case I would ask you to take the advise from the near by doctor and then which can follow the advise for this issue so can be done . .
