Good morning sir, my son 3 years 3 months old is having constipation and suffering a lot while passing stools and he severe pain also... it's been 1 year now.. showed to his peadiatrian started him on syp lactulose.. mild improvement was there but completely not cured... what can I do for him sir... His appetite is also poor... he s 90 CM height and 13 kg weight
