good morning sir my baby is come on 8 months 23 days fever cones regular I have do blood test result comes typhoid baby comes typhoid

A. yes, thyroid can be infect at this age.. it need a specific treatment, Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your treating doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
