good morning sir meri betti back pura small small pimples ho chukka haye, sweating huwa tho kuch masala and meet khya tho pimples ho jathi haye kya karu citizen syrup dalthi hu pir bee and cloth cotton be pehanathi hu kuch suggest me please

A. Hi mom Ye heat aur sweating ki wajah se hai. Apply himalaya calamine lotion or prickly heat powder on the skin. This will help to give relief. Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
