good morning sir I Sandeep my age 3 years he was suffering with fever last one dady we using meftagesic DS syp when using syp fever will increase and after 5 hours gating 98.4 temperature 🌡️ please suggest your opinion sir

A. hi. .if temprature 8s high grade you may also do tepid sponging, to bring down high temprature. give him lots of fluids. and do follow uo visit to yiur doctor
