Sravaniji , mostly kids do this if they have improper tooth alignment or when they feel stressed or anxious.
so , for tooth alignment problem, visit your pediatrician for once or it alright once a child get permeant teeth.
Make sure your child feel comfortable,well cared, secured and safe
