Good morning Mr. Doctor Last night my baby took watermelon out of the refrigerator and ate it Since then he has had a severe cough and fever Please suggest some treatment

A. if the baby is having fever and cough continuously at present rate with paracetamol and can use steam inhalation to the baby better to consult a doctor for appropriate treatment p .
