Good morning ma'am, Ma'am mujhe 8months phle baby hua tha cesarean delivery se after that ma'am mujhe kamar dard rhta h or mujhe pet m gas bhut bnti h.or baby ko breast feed krati hu to use bhi dikkt hoti h. Ma'am please suggest medicine.
