good morning ,I am 7.5 month pregnant, suddenly I am loosing my weight day by day,I can't sleep at night for tummy stiffness and not feeling hungry at all... please suggest

A. loosing weight day by day take a diet chart from nutritionist follow your observing doctor have healthy and balanced diet keep yourself well hydrated
