you should give only breastmilk till completion of six months and even after that start with liquids only..
you can start cerelac only after completion of seven months..its very healthy and good for weight gain too

Hello mom 
No it is not allergic and it is not banned. It is also not considered healthy. It is just a meal which will fulfil your babies to me rather than this there are no nutrition at all. So try to give more home made and fresh food to your baby so baby can get all the nutrition and proteins through meals.
