good morning doctor... my three year old toddler is suffering from cough n vomited last night with lot of phelgum. I am giving himalaya's septilin to him! please advise! can milk be given during coughs?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that couhrgh expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. it is due to teh coigh .cough is common in this changing seasin. steam as a home remedy is a good that can be given to babies in a day at home only . For severe cough ascoril LS and montair like medication can be given .
