Q.

Good morning doctor My 9 month old daughter is allergic to eggs..She continuously vomits after having an egg. I tried only 2 times, but both the tyms are the same condition. kindly suggest what else I should give her in replacement of egg. TIA

A. hi yes , it happens but dont worry ,there are some food options which can be given as substitute of eggs for example ragi , dates , different nuts powder ,paneer etc all are good source of calcium and protine too
