Good morning doctor ! it's an important query I always face this problem my baby is 14 months old,whenever we travel from one place to another place he falls sick gets cough nd cold fever etc. Can u plz suggest some precautions which could be taken during traveling nd after traveling so he will not get such problems. plz help me out

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and  if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion  it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest.
As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained . children are more vulnerable for infection because of less immunity and exposure birthday should be taken special care to protect against infections specially covid infection so you should give a a proper diejit for  nutritional requirement to be fulfilled along with that proper vaccination should be given and all the safety precautions and maintaining of proper hygiene is the utmost important
