Good morning Doctor I am having 1y 7m baby boy. I am feeding my baby during night time. we days onwards I am feeling slightly pain from knee to my foot. how to overcome the problem.

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Stay hydrated healthy
Take calcium supplements vitamins supplements
Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
