Q.

good morning doctor, can you recommend a powder to mix in milk for my 2 year old daughter? we are switching to normal milk as she turned two last month. We want to make sure she drinks milk without any fuss.

A. You cannot dry fruit powder that’s healthy you can go for different varieties of fruits as per your choice see these things are natural much healthier to be given because if you go for any powder it has good content of hidden sugar so that is genuinely not good
