Good morning Doctor both me and my 2.8 years old baby is suffering from white patches on our skin please give suggestion

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application.
they will persist for few weeks and then will go away
if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluationx.
some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

White patches on the skin is fungal infection.
for this you need to consult with your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation of the skin.
