Good Morning Doctor, baby was suffering from severe runny nose then I have started Montair LC kids from 2 days it was fine from yesterday again baby is getting runny nose and cough. cough is more at nights. Giving zerotuss for cough from one day. But baby is not able to sleep and struggling in breathing. I think with stuffed nose. I can here phflem sound while lying beside her. can I give maxtra drops for baby?

yes you can give the cold medicine but it is important to find the cause as why the child is not responding properly. physical examination of the child will be required after 3 days of medicine to see whether any other medicines are also required or not
