Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.

U can start with rice Dal water and followed by porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato vegetable soup vegetable purée fruits of all kind you can give to the child and Suji items oats quinoa ragi you can introduce all these things to the child and good amount of curd Paneer and dairy products as well
