Good evening sir/mam Herewith my 3 years old baby... He is not eating food... he doing some activities for only 5 minutes after that he get tired... he intake only 100 ml milk but he will taste plenty of chocolates

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl9 months agoA. Chocolates r very unhealthy so please do not give it and u should get it checked with your doc once and also I would like to tell u to have a check to know what is the problem and accordingly they can help u with some diet and supplements
