Q.

good evening doctor, since evening my son is suffering from fever , has 101.9 temp I have given him 7ml of crocin DS syrup .he weighs 24 kgs . May I please know the intervals to give crocin is it every 6 hours or 8 hours . thank you

A. Hello dear parent! Depends on the severity of the symptoms. If fever persists give paracetamol drops after 6 hours. Keep Babyhug medicine spoon handy. Give a light sponging to reduce fever. Consult your doctor for further assistance
