good evening doctor, my baby is eleven month old, can I give avocardo to feed, green or ripe will give to feed. and how to prepare and benefits of avocardo.

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom, avocado is very healthy baby food..give your little one in very little quantity..you can just mash it and offer baby....as its a new food ...first try in little quantity..if baby is able to digest it..increase the quantity
