Good evening Doctor My baby is 3 months 21 days she passing green liquid stool 2 or 3 time in a day after rotavirus (3rd dose) Last 4 days but she is active or feeding normal and passing urine normal what is the problem

Teething stomach infection can often lead to lose motion like this so I’m not very certain what can be the reason I am quite certain it’s not necessarily because of vaccination so please take an assessment with your doctor so I can start with right medicine required
