Q.

Good evening doctor my 5.6 years old boy and 2.5 years boy they both having 102 fever since yesterday...and I already visited doctor and giving him antibiotics moxclav ds 457mg and moxclav bd 228.5 mg which is prescribed by paediatrician .. but yet his fever is not decreasing after having medicines ...I am giving them sponge bath .. what to do kindly guide me..I am very worried

A. most of the fevers at present a viral infections please repeat paracetamol every 6 hourly and do cold sponging. there are various reasons for the baby to have fever starting from infections like viral bacterial inflammations we had to treat with only paracetamol which is safe if the fever is more than 100 degre
