good afternoon sir my baby girl is 1yr 3months old so she have some lite fever so can I put her p 250drops and how much should I put 1.5ml or 3ml

You can give approximately 1.5 MM looking at the age this is going to be the amount of medicine to be given to the child and you can repeat it again after six hours if needed as that is how fever medicine supposed to be given if you can repeat it after six hours
